ATAPY Software GmbH, the German subsidiary of ATAPY Software, has completed the first phase of the data input workflow modernization project for MEDENT GmbH - a provider of audit, consulting and digital archiving services for the health insurance market. At this phase, ATAPY delivered a document metadata capture solution based on ABBYY FineReader Engine 8.1 and targeted at processing invoices and medical prescriptions by key MEDENT's customers. 

The anticipated second phase of the project will include building a complete solution to streamline all MEDENT's data entry tasks.

This past weekend, ATAPY Software celebrated its 8th anniversary. The event took place in the "Russian House" recreation center located 180 km away from Novosibirsk on the bank of the Chumish river.

ATAPY's QA specialists completed an advanced training course prepared by Luxoft Training Center. Our team expanded its expertise in modern methods of functional and configuration testing, new approaches to test design, alternative testing methodologies, and other aspects of software quality assurance.

ATAPY Software completed a large media service project for Danish GAFFA musical magazine. In this project ATAPY converted all magazine issues between 1983 and 2008 into XML format. The archive also provides access to original page images linked to XML files. Please see the results online.
